FAQ
You need the ability to read, write, and communicate to a grade 8 level. Most courses will require the use of a computer (MacOS and/or Windows). It is assumed that you are able to operate a computer, connect to the internet, and use basic applications
For these online classes you’ll need:
- Laptop or a desktop computer.
- Adobe softwares
- A stable internet connection (that is able to facilitate zoom video conferencing)
- A free zoom account
- Working mic/hands-free
- A smart phone with working whatsapp
We’ll be using Adobe Illustrator 2022 and Adobe Photoshop 2022.
For Windows, we’ll provide the softwares and guide you on how to install them, in the whatsapp group, once you pay the course fee.
Mac users will have to buy the softwares on their own from Adobe’s website.

Once you’ve filled the enrollment form, we’ll send you the payment details over the whatsapp number you provided.
Payment will be done via Online Bank Transfer to a Pakistani company bank account (IBFT/International funds transfer)
If you have releatives/friends in Pakistan, you can also ask them to transfer online on your behalf.
In the meantime, we’re working to get our debit/credit card payment method.
You can ask for a full refund (minus any transfer fee) till after the first class or if you plan to not attend the course at all.
Refund processing time can take up to 15 days through Litplus School. Time to transfer depends on mode of transfer (usually western union).
All the classes are held in real-time on zoom. We believe in going beyond just pre-recorded video lessons. Why? Because peer-to-peer learning has been shown to be one of the most powerful forms of learning. Our live classes are a great way to get the most out of learning, meet new people and making new friends, relationships and connections – some that will last well beyond the class itself
Because of privacy concerns and just because some students are shy to, we won’t be using our webcams for the course.
- All classes are recorded and available to watch later within 3hrs after the class ends, on google drive.
- Link to that drive will be given in the whatsapp group chat and will only accessible to the students in that particular batch.
- The recorded classes will stay in the drive for up to 2 months till after course ends.
If you enroll in this course, there is a time commitment – including the scheduled sessions. If you are unable to join your scheduled class, you can watch the recording in your own time.
Yes, certificates will only be given to students, as soft copies: with all three complete assignments submitted on conveyed deadline. Certificates will be given within a month from when the course ends.
Slots are limited and capped at 50 students per course and at times 30 students per course. The course is designed to be as immersive as possible and provide you with personalized guidance.
Yes, the Graphic Design Crash Course is designed to take people with any level of or no experience and turn them into graphic designers! Go through some examples here.
This depends on your current level of experience. The course is not suitable for intermediate-advanced students. If you’re uncertain, you can DM us on instagram and we’ll guide you.
